Recruitment Training Coordinator

Due to continued growth, GBC Security Ltd is looking for a motivated and driven Recruitment & Training Coordinator to join our expanding team.

Your role will include:
✅ Recruiting SIA Officers, Stewards, Response Officers and Event Staff
✅ Promoting and filling a wide range of accredited training courses delivered by GBC Security Ltd
✅ Managing enquiries and converting leads into course bookings and employment opportunities
✅ Building relationships with colleges, businesses, job centres and local organisations
✅ Advertising vacancies and training opportunities across social media and other platforms
✅ Helping grow both our workforce and training division

What we’re looking for:
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Confident speaking to people face to face and over the phone
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Recruitment, sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential
• Full UK driving licence essential
