As part of our continued international expansion and ongoing finance transformation initiatives, we are looking for an experienced and strategic finance leader to join our team as Regional Controller for LatAm region.This is a high-impact leadership role within our global Finance organization, offering the opportunity to shape and strengthen the controllership framework across multiple countries and business environments.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Group Controller, the Regional Controller will oversee end-to-end controllership activities across a strategic international region, ensuring the integrity, consistency, and governance of financial reporting and controls.The role acts as the senior regional authority for accounting, financial reporting, governance, and compliance matters, partnering closely with regional leadership, auditors, shared service teams, and Group Finance.This position is ideal for a senior finance professional who thrives in complex multinational environments, enjoys leading transformation and standardization initiatives, and combines strong technical expertise with business acumen and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead regional controllership activities across multiple countries and legal entitiesEnsure high-quality financial reporting, compliance, and governance standardsOversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes across the regionDrive consistent application of IFRS, Group accounting policies, and local statutory requirementsAct as the key regional escalation point for complex accounting and reporting mattersStrengthen and oversee the regional internal control environment and audit processesPartner with senior business and finance stakeholders on governance, financial risks, and strategic initiativesLead cross-country alignment, process harmonization, and finance transformation initiativesDevelop and support regional controllership teams while promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldACCA, ACA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification12+ years of experience in controllership, audit, financial reporting, or senior finance leadership rolesStrong expertise in IFRS and multi-country financial governanceProven experience in multinational and matrix organizationsExperience managing senior finance teams across multiple geographiesStrong understanding of internal controls, audit, and compliance frameworksExperience with ERP environments (SAP preferred)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFluent English; additional languages are considered an advantageWillingness to travel within the region
