Job purposeWe are seeking a Regional Financial Controller to join our team in Argentina. Responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of financial information while supporting management in achieving operational and strategic objectives. Acting as a business partner to local and regional leadership, the Financial Controller drives financial performance, strengthens internal controls, ensures compliance with Group policies and regulatory requirements, and provides insightful analysis to support decision-making and sustainable growth.
Main ResponsibilitiesEnsure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with Group standards, IFRS, and local regulations.Monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.Strengthen and monitor the effectiveness of internal controls and financial governance.Support business development initiatives through financial analysis and strategic recommendations.Comply with tax processes across the scoped countriesCoordinate with Shared Service Centers (GBS/FiCOM), external advisors & auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities as required.Drive continuous improvement and simplification of financial processes.

Requirements Degree: Degree in Accounting, Administration, Economic or similar Business Sciences.Skills:-Microsoft Office Package, mid-advance level is a MUST-Database and Dashboard, preferable.-Process-oriented and analytical focus.-Oracle / SAP, preferable-Tax regulation and accounting local GAAP knowledge are a MUST-Proficiency in International taxation and IFRS are a Plus
Language: Proficiency in English is a MUSTExperience: 2 years in medium / large Corporates, terminal, forwarder, logistic or shipping industry within Financial areas: Finance / Business Controlling, Accounting. Proven financial, accounting principles / processes and tax knowledge. Focused on delivering results and process alignment. Experience working with multidisciplinary team to align process efficiency.
