Regional IPA Integrated Production Associate

Position OverviewSupports integrated production operations across multiple markets by coordinating intake, workflow, reporting, documentation, status visibility, and process adherence between local markets, hub teams, and regional stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport intake, prioritization, and routing of production requests.Maintain trackers, dashboards, action logs, status reports, and delivery documentation.Coordinate communication across markets, Project Managers, creative teams, and production specialists.Monitor timelines, SLA compliance, bottlenecks, dependencies, and scope changes.Ensure briefs, assets, technical specs, approvals, and handoffs are complete before production starts.
Required Experience & Qualifications2-4 years in project coordination, production operations, PMO, traffic, or agency delivery.Experience in production, adaptation, localization, or campaign execution preferred.Strong reporting, documentation, and follow-up discipline.Advanced English for regional/global coordination.
Technical Skills / ToolsWorkfront, Jira, Airtable, Monday.com, Asana or similar.Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint.
