About the role
Tapion Hospital is seeking a compassionate, skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join its nursing team. The role delivers safe, high-quality, patient-centred care while supporting patients’ physical, emotional and social well-being.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Monitor patients and maintain accurate records.
- Respond effectively to emergencies.
- Contribute to patient care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Participate in nursing audits and professional development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Registration with the General Nursing Council of Saint Lucia.
- Current BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications.
- At least two years of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
- Strong clinical, communication, teamwork and organisational skills.
