CEPTUA LIMITED is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Lagos, Nigeria . In this full-time role, you will provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment, working closely with physicians and medical staff to support patients and their families throughout their recovery. Key Responsibilities Assess patients’ health status and document clinical information accurately and timely. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Educate patients and families on health management and recovery processes. Monitor patient conditions and promptly respond to any changes or emergencies. Maintain accurate, comprehensive medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution. Valid Nigerian nursing license required. Strong patient care, communication, and teamwork skills. Experience in hospital or clinical settings preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is an advantage. Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems is desirable. Minimum of 1 year hands-on nursing experience preferred.
