Abhi Sharma is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Ottawa, Ontario . This full-time role offers an opportunity to work in a vibrant healthcare environment focused on patient-centered care and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive patient care including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate patient records. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute effective treatment plans. Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies. Apply critical thinking to identify patient needs and adjust care plans accordingly. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes. Support and mentor nursing students and junior staff, fostering a collaborative learning environment. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario. Strong skills in patient care, critical thinking, teamwork, and communication. 1-3 years clinical experience preferred. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
