Key Responsibilities
• Regulatory Compliance: Manage FDA product registrations, renewals, and licensing; ensure the company remains fully audit-ready.
• FDA Warehousing & QA: Oversee warehouse compliance according to FDA and GDP/GMP standards, ensuring proper storage and documentation.
• Inventory Management: Track stock levels, monitor product expiration dates, and optimize inventory flow.
• Sales Support: Leverage regulatory and product knowledge to assist the sales team, handle technical client inquiries, and support business growth.

Qualifications
• Licensed Pharmacist
• 2 years of experience in healthcare/medical device FDA regulations.
• Direct experience with FDA warehousing protocols and inventory management.
• Background in sales, account management, or technical client support.
• Strong organizational, communication, and detail-oriented skills.
