Key Responsibilities Manage daily scheduling and coordinate meetings for optimal time management. Handle professional communications with clients and team members, ensuring timely responses. Organize and maintain digital files and assist with document preparation. Support project management by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and assignments. Conduct research and compile reports to aid informed decision-making. Assist onboarding new team members with training on administrative tools and processes. Implement and improve processes to enhance team efficiency and productivity. Required and Preferred Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills.
