Key Responsibilities Manage daily scheduling and coordinate meetings to optimize time and resource allocation. Handle professional communications with clients and team members, ensuring timely and courteous responses. Organize and maintain digital files, supporting document preparation and management for various projects. Support project management by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and team assignments to meet targets efficiently. Conduct research and compile detailed reports to assist in informed decision-making processes. Assist in onboarding new employees by training them on administrative tools and company procedures.
