Remote Airbnb Assistant - Brampton, ON

Insight Global is seeking a friendly and approachable Remote Airbnb Assistant to join our dynamic team based in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. This freelance role offers the opportunity to support our Airbnb operations from the comfort of your home while contributing to the growth of our travel and hospitality services. Key Responsibilities Manage and respond promptly to guest inquiries via messaging platforms and emails. Coordinate bookings, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with guests. Monitor and analyze guest reviews and feedback to improve service quality. Assist in managing Airbnb listings by updating information and optimizing photos. Conduct virtual tours or provide detailed information about properties and local attractions to potential guests. Resolve any guest issues during their stay to ensure a seamless experience. Collaborate with cleaning and maintenance teams to maintain high property standards. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred. Familiarity with the Airbnb platform and related tools is a plus. Proficient with digital communication tools such as email and chat platforms. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Our collaborative team environment encourages support across functions including cleaning, maintenance, and marketing. You will report directly to the Host Manager who will provide guidance and support. This role offers numerous growth opportunities within the travel and hospitality industry.
