Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to guest inquiries and messages, ensuring outstanding customer service. Manage bookings including confirmations and rescheduling to maintain smooth operations. Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest communications. Support management by organizing and distributing information on property availability and guest services. Monitor and update Airbnb listings to ensure compliance with platform standards. Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving guest satisfaction and addressing feedback. Perform administrative duties such as scheduling maintenance, tracking inquiries, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction with guests and team members. Strong multitasking and time management abilities. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills. Familiarity with online reservation systems and basic customer service principles is preferred. Compensation: $75 per hour, part-time.
