Join our growing hotel team as a Remote Customer Service Representative based in San José, Costa Rica. You will be key in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting clients in the hospitality service industry. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide detailed product and service information to assist customers effectively. Support customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations. Resolve customer issues efficiently ensuring a positive experience. Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members to enhance service processes and share best practices. Participate in ongoing training and meetings to stay current on products and policies. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred. Familiarity with CRM software and office tools is a plus. Bilingual in English and Spanish highly encouraged. Work closely with the Customer Service Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless support and service delivery. Our collaborative culture values regular feedback and open communication. This full-time position is based in San José and is not remote eligible.
