Yoho Toy Store is hiring a dedicated and enthusiastic Remote Customer Support Representative to join our US-based team. This full-time role is perfect for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical and product-related issues. Document all customer interactions and solutions in the support system accurately. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service processes. Stay updated on product changes and updates to provide effective assistance. Participate in ongoing training and skill development sessions. Collect customer feedback and report trends to management for service enhancement. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with customer support software and tools. Prior customer support experience preferred but not mandatory. As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you will work closely with a diverse team and other departments to ensure customers receive consistent, accurate, and friendly support. This position reports directly to the Customer Support Manager and offers opportunities for career growth and cross-functional collaboration in a supportive environment. Compensation: $65,000 per year.
