Denver Logistics is seeking a skilled Remote Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. This full-time remote position allows you to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection and a quiet home office. As a Remote Dispatcher, your exceptional communication skills will be essential in coordinating and scheduling dispatch operations, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule dispatch operations by effectively communicating with drivers and clients. Monitor vehicle locations using GPS tracking software to ensure timely deliveries and pickups. Resolve issues or delays promptly by communicating with relevant parties. Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including schedules and resolutions. Collaborate with team members to optimize routes and improve operational efficiency. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns. Participate in team meetings to review performance metrics and enhance processes. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with dispatch software and GPS tracking systems is preferred. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. Previous experience in dispatch or logistics is a plus. Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Our collaborative team environment encourages close work with drivers and customer service representatives to ensure smooth operations. You will report directly to the Dispatch Supervisor and have opportunities for cross-departmental collaboration to improve workflow. Compensation: $15 per hour. This is a full-time remote role with flexible work location.
