Key Responsibilities Assist clients promptly with account inquiries, transaction requests, and problem resolution via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Educate customers on a variety of financial products and services, improving their financial literacy and helping them make informed decisions. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and transactions in our CRM system to ensure data integrity and compliance.
