Key Responsibilities Engage with potential clients via phone and email to assess their fitness equipment needs. Deliver exceptional customer service while promoting and selling our diverse range of fitness products. Maintain in-depth product knowledge to clearly communicate benefits and features. Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing. Document customer interactions and provide feedback on market trends and preferences. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns. Meet and exceed individual sales targets while supporting team goals through collaboration. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; further education in sales or business is a plus. Minimum 2 years sales experience, preferably in fitness or related industries. Strong customer service and relationship management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client rapport. Familiarity with CRM software and online sales tools is advantageous.
