Ocean VA Solutions, an Independent Insurance Broker based in Florida City, Florida, is seeking experienced Remote Insurance Virtual Assistants to join our dedicated team. We help clients secure the best Home and Auto insurance coverage at competitive prices. If you have a strong insurance background and thrive in a remote work environment, this is your opportunity! What We’re Looking For: Prior experience in the insurance industry is required . Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree . Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Minimum of two years of insurance experience, preferably with Independent Brokers focusing on Home and Auto insurance. At least two years of remote work experience. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a remote team member. Adaptable, flexible, and able to follow established processes. Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat. Process policy changes, mortgage updates, and certificates of insurance.
