Job Summary: Insight Global is seeking a results-driven and empathetic Sales Executive to remotely promote and sell our comprehensive mental health programs and services . This role focuses on expanding access to vital mental health resources by building strong client relationships and closing new business opportunities with organizations, healthcare providers, and individual clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities for mental health programs in both B2B and B2C markets. Conduct engaging virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to HR leaders, healthcare organizations, schools, and individuals. Assess client needs and customize solutions using Insight Global’s mental health offerings, including therapy platforms, Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), digital mental wellness programs, and coaching services. Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline utilizing CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot. Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and sustained client satisfaction. Stay current on mental health industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments. Collect and relay client feedback to support continuous product and service enhancements. Qualifications: Proven sales experience, preferably within healthcare, SaaS, wellness, or mental health sectors. Strong knowledge of the mental health landscape, including digital therapy platforms, telehealth, and EAP solutions. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adept at working independently in a remote environment. Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Health Sciences, or a related field preferred.
