Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and optimize middleware platforms, application servers, and web servers.
- Install, configure, and administer applications, including deployment and environment setup.
- Configure application parameters and environments for Maven, Java, Gradle, and Node.js installations.
- Help coordinate platform restarts and resolve incidents to maintain service continuity and availability.
- Address middleware- and server-level vulnerabilities identified through SDI scans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a systems-related field or a related engineering discipline.
- At least two years of experience in infrastructure, middleware, or Unix administration.
- Knowledge of infrastructure, Unix, Windows, and custom software.
- Familiarity with relevant middleware, messaging, automation, deployment, and container technologies.
Preferred Technical Skills
- JBoss, Fuse, Sonic AMQ, and Solace.
- Docker containers, httpd, Java, Unix, Ansible, Jenkins, and Maven.
- LLM technologies and Sterling File Gateway are desirable.
