📍 100% Remote | Part-TimeThis role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing real estate CRMs, systems, workflows, and processes who knows how to turn a growing business into a well-organized operation.
WHAT YOU’LL DOManage and optimize our real estate CRM and technology systemsBuild, document, and improve SOPs and workflowsCreate systems for lead management, follow-up, clients, transactions, and internal operationsManage automations, integrations, databases, and reportingIdentify inefficiencies and implement solutionsEnsure the team consistently follows established processesCoordinate systems and workflows across sales, marketing, transactions, and administrationTrack KPIs and help improve overall operational performance
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR2+ years of operations experience, preferably in real estateHands-on experience with real estate CRMs and platformsStrong understanding of real estate systems, workflows, and processesExperience creating and implementing SOPs and automationsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and proactiveStrong problem-solving and project management skillsTech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms quicklyAble to work independently and take ownership in a fully remote environment
