Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required; further education in Human Resources or Recruitment preferred. 1-2 years of recruiting or related experience preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Familiarity with sourcing techniques and interview methods. Team player with effective collaboration skills. Proficient with recruitment software, especially ATS systems. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
