📊 We’re Hiring: Reporting Analyst
We're seeking a detail-oriented Reporting Analyst who will be responsible for the preparation, reconciliation and submission of regulatory filings, ensuring compliance, reporting requirements, managing deadlines and supporting financial reporting needs.
🎯 Main tasksIn this role, you will:⭐ Prepare, review, and submit state regulatory reports and filings accurately and on time.⭐ Interpret and apply insurance regulations and filing requirements to ensure compliance.⭐ Monitor regulatory changes across states and lines of business and assess reporting impacts.⭐ Extract, analyze, reconcile, and validate data using internal systems and SQL queries.⭐ Maintain, document, and improve reporting processes, including automation and workflow enhancements.⭐ Review existing procedures and documentation to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.⭐ Collaborate with regulators, affiliates, and external stakeholders to support filings, data requests, exemptions and acquisitions.⭐ Partner closely with the Finance team to support loss reporting, tax-related filings, and other departmental reporting initiatives.
✔️ Requirements✅ Availability to work 100% on site (zona 14)✅ 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field✅ Advanced English (90%+ written and verbal)✅ Proficiency in Excel, especially for pivot tables✅ Knowledge of SQL and experience analyzing large datasets✅ Strong ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment✅ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills✅ High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality✅ Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and multitask while maintaining precision✅ Experience with financial data analysis and reporting is preferred
