We are seeking a full-time inside sales representative (Admissions Counselor) to help our students enroll into one of our many educational programs over the phone and in-person at our San Diego School.

Job Details:
· First point of contact for interested customers inquiring about our educational programs and services in-person or over the phone. (No cold calling required).
· Responsible for knowledge of all our products and services, to better serve and assist our customers.
· Responsible for selling all company services, closing deals and processing payments.
· Will be required to meet monthly sales quota, minimum customer interaction volumes, and closing ratios.
· Responsible for strong follow-up with leads and being highly responsive and thorough in answering their questions.
· Must have excellent verbal communication skills and provide great customer service & support.
· Must be comfortable greeting and interacting with customers, creating rapport, and closing sales.

Requirements:
· Education: Must have a high school diploma
· Customer Service: 2 years
· Sales Experience: 2 years
· Spanish: (Required)
· Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks, strong phone and email (Outlook) skills, data entry experience, and customer service skills required.

Work Hours: Monday - Thursday 9:30am – 6:30pm // Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm Closed on weekends.
