As a Research Associate Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent. You will play a key role in aligning recruitment strategies with the organization's goals, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, and fostering a positive candidate experience.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidatesCollaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions that reflect the required skills and qualificationsUtilize various sourcing techniques to identify and engage with potential candidates, including social media, job boards, and industry networking eventsScreen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for success within the organizationManage the applicant tracking system, keep candidate records updated, and ensure compliance with data protection regulationsProvide guidance and support to hiring managers, ensuring a fair and equitable recruitment process that adheres to company policies and legal requirementsContribute to the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives to enhance recruitment practices and company cultureStay informed about current trends and best practices in recruitment and HR management
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources or related areasMinimum of one (1) to three (3) years of experience in high-volume recruitment (manufacturing)Knowledge of laws related to hiringFull mastery of Microsoft Office and TEAMSExperience and ability to interview candidates by phone and in persoAbility to speak in publicExcellent communication skills, verbal and writtenFull mastery of the Spanish and English language (spoken and written)
Day-to-DayReviewing and updating job descriptions to accurately reflect the company's needs and valuesEngaging with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment processUtilizing various sourcing methods to identify and attract diverse talentConducting initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitabilityManaging candidate communications and providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processCollaborating with the HR team on diversity and inclusion initiatives and ongoing recruitment strategy enhancements
