Research Development RD Manager

Lead innovation in skincare & cosmetic formulation development, product optimization and bringing next-generation beauty products to life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop & optimize skincare and cosmetic formulation.
• Conduct trials, stability tests and product evaluation.
• Resolve formulation, quality and quality related issues.
• Lead scale-up, pilot batches & technology transfer.
• Ensure quality, safety, regulatory compliance.
• Lead R&D projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a relevant field.

EXPERIENCE:
• 5–8+ year relevant experience in formulation/R&D.
• Experience in skincare, cosmetics, personal care, or pharmaceutical industries preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in formulation development and trials is mandatory.
• R&D Team leadership or project management experience will be an advantage.
