Company is seeking an experienced Resort General Manager to lead operations at our San Juan location. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of $9,000 per month. Key Responsibilities: Oversee Front of House (FOH) operations, guest relations, and sales activities. Implement hotel management best practices to maximize revenue and sales growth. Make sound decisions and solve problems efficiently under pressure. Maintain strong, successful relationships with all stakeholders. Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required. Dutch speakers will be given preference. Proven hands-on experience in FOH operations, guest relations, and sales. Strong multitasking ability and reliability. This position is not eligible for remote work and requires presence in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
