Resort Manager

SCUBA JUNKIE KOMODO BEACH RESORT IS LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED, ENERGETIC AND PEOPLE-FOCUSED DIVE MASTER MANAGER TO JOIN OUR TEAM IN THE SOUTH OF LABUAN BAJO, INDONESIA. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR • Experienced in managing dive operations, ideally in a leadership or managerial role • Experienced PADI instruction in active status • A strong communicator with fluent spoken and writing English • Comfortable dealing with guests, complaints, logistics, staff issues and daily operational challenges • Computer literate and familiar with working with Google Workspace tools • Hospitality, flexible, hardworking and motivated to learn and develop as part of a team • Minimum contract length agreement GREAT TO HAVE • Speaks Bahasa Indonesia • Multilingual • Ability to service dive equipment • Experience in the Komodo National Park KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversee daily dive centre operations • Manage dive staff schedules and daily activity planning • Ensure the safe, efficient and professional running of the boat and dive centre • Ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and safety • Teaching and guiding divers in Komodo • National Park • Maintain high standards of guest service and ensure safety procedures and company standards are followed • Support, guide and motivate the dive team and other resort departments • Handle reporting, stock control, equipment WHAT WE OFFER • Accommodation & meals • Competitive salary & holidays • Fully paid work permit for non-Indonesian candidates • The opportunity to live and work in the heart of Komodo National Park If you think you’re the best person for this role, please send your CV to:
