The company supports growth opportunities for individuals who are passionate about restaurant operations and guest service.Role Description The Restaurant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Panama City, responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring an excellent guest experience. This role manages staff scheduling, supervises front-of-house and back-of-house teams, and supports hiring, training, and performance feedback. The Restaurant Manager monitors service standards, handles guest inquiries and concerns, and works to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include coordinating food and beverage service, managing inventory and supplies, supporting basic budgeting and cost control, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. The role requires active presence on the floor, clear communication with team members, and collaboration with leadership to meet operational and financial goals.Qualifications Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to resolve guest issues professionally and maintain positive relationships.Demonstrated Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with staff, guests, and vendors.Experience with Hiring, onboarding, and developing team members in a restaurant or hospitality environment.Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu understanding, service standards, and basic inventory management.Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar supervisory role in hospitality.Ability to work on-site in Panama City, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance.High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or education in hospitality management is a plus.
