As a Restaurant Team Member, you will play a vital role in enhancing our customers’ dining experiences through friendly service and efficient teamwork. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by greeting and serving guests promptly and professionally. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth dining experience. Communicate clearly with customers and coworkers about menu items and specials. Maintain a clean and inviting restaurant environment to enhance guest satisfaction. Handle cash and process transactions accurately and efficiently. Support kitchen staff during peak hours by assisting with food preparation tasks. Adhere to food safety regulations and follow all guidelines for proper food handling. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Customer service experience is preferred. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position reports to a restaurant manager or shift supervisor. Success depends on effective collaboration with kitchen staff, fellow team members, and management to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
