We are currently looking for a motivated candidate to fill a Full-Time Retail Account Manager.

Job SummaryThe retail account manager is responsible for managing relationships with key clients and ensuring their needs and sales targets are met. This role involves overseeing account performance, implementing promotional strategies, and collaborating with retail partners to optimize product placement, inventory levels, and marketing initiatives. The Retail Account Manager analyzes sales data and provides feedback to improve customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential, as the role requires managing client expectations and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Essential FunctionsManage and grow assigned accounts by building strong relationships with key clients.Drive sales through product launches, promotions, and commercial campaigns.Lead and support the Retail Account Representatives team to achieve objectives.Oversee in-store operations, ensuring display and service standards are met.Develop projects, sales programs, and ongoing training initiatives.
What you need to succeed?High school diploma or equivalentHigh school-level math competency1 to 3 years of sales experience
RequirementsDriver's LicenseAvailability to travel once a month to USVI
