Life & Career at Sea This position requires living and working onboard a luxury cruise ship for 6-month contracts, traveling to some of the most extraordinary destinations in the world. You will represent EFFY Jewelry, a globally recognized brand with 150+ boutiques across 10 major cruise lines.

Ideal candidates typically have: Experience in sales and retail Strong communication skills A confident and engaging personality Fluency in English (additional languages are highly valued) A passion for people, travel, and performance-driven environments Previous cruise ship experience is a plus
