About the role
Telepatia is hiring a Growth Associate to help win and grow enterprise hospital accounts across Spanish-speaking Latam. The role combines business development and revenue analytics, working directly with the Country Manager and VP Revenue on a short list of high-value hospitals.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify opportunities with large hospitals and health systems.
- Help advance strategic deals by understanding client workflows, building business cases, structuring follow-ups, and keeping the pipeline organized and moving.
- Conduct strategic research and prospecting in enterprise hospitals.
Requirements
- Spanish and English language skills.
- Process discipline and CRM hygiene.
- Ownership, clear communication, and relentless follow-through.
- Be hospital-obsessed and data-obsessed.
