Revenue Business Coordinator

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-driven professional to join our team in Santo Domingo as a Revenue & Business Analyst. This role is critical in supporting revenue strategy, product growth, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of transforming complex data into actionable business insights that drive performance and scalability.
Main Responsibilities
Drive financial insights by building and optimizing financial models and revenue forecasts that support strategic planning and product growth.Develop forward-looking projections and scenario analyses to identify key drivers of growth, profitability, and scalability.Track business performance against forecasts, identify trends, and translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership.Prepare reports and analyses related to revenue performance, unit economics, and growth opportunities.Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Innovations teams to align strategies and support business initiatives.Support cross-functional projects and help ensure alignment with overall revenue goals and execution plans.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, revenue analysis, business analytics, or related roles.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with data tools is a plus.Ability to translate data into meaningful insights and business recommendations.Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Accounting or Finance professional preferred.
