About the RoleWe are hiring multiple Revenue Operations Specialists to support the end‑to‑end revenue cycle for our global business. This role sits within our Revenue Operations team and partners closely with U.S.-based Sales, Invoicing, Collections, and Payroll teams to ensure accurate revenue processing, timely billing, and strong financial controls.This is a highly analytical, Excel‑driven role ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data, resolving discrepancies, and supporting critical financial operations in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment.Depending on business needs and individual strengths, team members may focus on areas such as verifications, billing/invoicing, or accounts receivable, while building a broad understanding of the full revenue lifecycle.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily revenue operations activities across verifications, invoicing, and/or accounts receivableReview, validate, and reconcile financial and operational data to ensure accuracy and completenessPartner with U.S.-based teams to resolve discrepancies related to billing, payments, timesheets, and account setupPrepare and maintain Excel‑based reports, trackers, and reconciliationsAnalyze data trends to identify issues, risks, or process improvement opportunitiesMeet strict deadlines and performance metrics aligned to revenue cycle timelinesCommunicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders and global customers
What You’ll Need to SucceedStrong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced) — comfortable working with large data sets, formulas, reconciliations, and reporting2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, revenue operations, finance, or similar analytical rolesHigh attention to detail with strong accuracy and data validation skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline‑driven environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExperience working with U.S.-based teams or global clients is a plusFamiliarity with invoicing portals, billing systems, or financial tools is a plus
