We help companies expand their capabilities through dedicated nearshore teams and project-based solutions across specialized professional and technology-driven functions.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Revit Specialist to support US-based architectural projects through accurate modeling, coordinated construction documentation, and reliable production execution.This is a production-focused position for a Revit professional who can translate design direction, sketches, markups, consultant information, and project requirements into organized, accurate, and constructible architectural documentation.Key responsibilities include:Develop and update architectural Revit models from design development through construction documentation.Produce coordinated floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and sheet sets.Translate sketches, redlines, markups, consultant information, and written direction into accurate model and drawing updates.Apply project BIM standards, naming conventions, view templates, families, graphic standards, and quality-control procedures.Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, civil, and specialty consultant information.Identify model conflicts, missing information, drawing inconsistencies, and documentation risks.Incorporate applicable US building-code and ADA accessibility requirements under project leadership.Maintain model health, file organization, drawing consistency, and documentation quality.Respond accurately and efficiently to quality-review comments.Communicate progress, questions, assumptions, and blockers clearly to US-based project teams.Manage assigned priorities independently and meet established deadlines.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a closely related field.At least 5 years of hands-on architectural production experience.Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.Demonstrated experience producing complete architectural construction-document packages.Experience with schools, libraries, recreation centers, civic buildings, public facilities, or comparable institutional projects.Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, civil, and consultant drawings.Knowledge of Revit model authoring, families, schedules, sheets, annotation, and documentation workflows.Strong attention to detail, documentation discipline, and quality-control skills.Ability to work effectively from sketches, markups, redlines, and written instructions.Ability to manage assigned priorities independently while remaining responsive to the project team.Full professional fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish is required.Candidates must be able to conduct interviews, participate in project meetings, ask technical questions, and provide written updates in English.Must currently reside in Guatemala City or be able to relocate before the agreed start date.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting architectural projects in the United States.Proficiency in SketchUp and Revit-based visualization or presentation graphics.Experience working with remote or distributed project teams.Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam, or comparable document-management and review platforms.Experience supporting public, educational, civic, or institutional projects.Work ArrangementFull-time position based in Guatemala City.Hybrid work model, including regular in-office attendance as assigned.Schedule aligned with US Central Time and the client’s collaboration requirements.Daily collaboration with US-based project teams.Applications from candidates seeking a fully remote arrangement or based outside Guatemala City will not be considered.Application RequirementsApplicants must submit an updated resume and a portfolio containing relevant architectural production or institutional project work.
