POSITION OVERVIEW As part of our continued growth, NetSF is hiring an RF engineer to reinforce our existing team. You will be responsible of:Cellular design and dimensioning of the mobile access network (2G/3G/4G/5G)General and detailed design studies (HLD and LLD) for RAN solutions and equipmentDetailed and operational engineering of new radio sites or the addition of new LTE/5G frequency bandsRadio coverage studies (3G/4G/5G), validation of new radio site locations while taking into account environmental constraints and marketing objectivesManagement of frequency plans, Scrambling Codes, PCI/RSI CANDIDATE PROFILEYou are a Telecom Engineer with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in RF planning.We expect the following technical & soft skills:- Very good team spirit,- Continuous improvement and learning,- Capacity to adapt in real time to priorities and emergencies,- B2 English is mandatory (written/spoken). TECHNICAL SKILLS / TECHNOLOGIES · Mobile Network Technologies : 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G· Knowledge of radio access network: RAN solutions, OSS (Ericsson, Huawei, ZTE).· Radio planning tool: Radio planning tool skills (Atoll, Planet, and/or Asset/Aircom) for conducting radio simulations, frequency/SC/PCI/RSI planning.· Automation & Scripting (Plus) : Process automation, scripting (Python, SQL), reporting tools (Power BI).· Documentation & Reporting : Technical documentation, activity reports, KPIs, trackers.
