Robotics Engineer

The RPA Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes across the organization. This role works closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable automation workflows using leading RPA platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, and Power Automate.The position involves building, testing, deploying, and maintaining software bots that automate business processes while ensuring reliability, performance, and compliance with organizational standards. The RPA Developer also monitors production automations, troubleshoots issues, and continuously identifies opportunities to optimize existing solutions.Additionally, the role contributes to documentation, knowledge sharing, and user enablement by providing technical guidance, training, and support to end users and internal teams. The ideal candidate combines strong programming and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of RPA best practices and process optimization, and is capable of working in collaborative, agile environments while managing multiple automation initiatives.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath and Power Automate.Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.Develop and maintain automation scripts, ensuring they meet business needs and compliance standards.Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of RPA bots to ensure functionality and performance.Monitor and maintain RPA solutions post-deployment to ensure ongoing efficiency and effectiveness.Document automation processes, including design, development, and deployment procedures.Provide support and training to end-users and other team members on RPA solutions and best practices.Continuously seek opportunities to optimize and enhance existing RPA processes.
Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.• 3-5 years of experience in developing and implementing RPA solutions using UiPath, Blue Prism, and Power Automate.• Strong understanding of RPA concepts, tools, and best practices.• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, or Java.• Experience with SQL and databases.• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
UiPath certification or significant experience with UiPath is highly preferred.Experience with additional RPA tools and platforms.Knowledge of AI and machine learning integration with RPA solutions.Experience with workflow design and process optimization.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Experience in training and supporting end-users on RPA technologies.Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
