RPA Automation Anywhere Engineer

8+ years of IT experience, including enterprise application support/integration 5+ years of hands-on RPA delivery experience (Analysis, Development, Testing, Deployment & Hypercare) 5+ years of Automation Anywhere A360 experience as a Senior/Lead Developer Strong expertise in Automation Anywhere A360 (Control Room, Bot Runners, Queues, Credential Locker, Packages, Bot Lifecycle, AARI) Experience with Agentic Automation / Agent Process Automation (APA) Strong Python programming skills with API integrations Experience in process analysis, solution design, implementation, and system testing Expertise in architecting end-to-end automation solutions Experience with XML, XSD, custom APIs, UAT, and Hypercare Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications include Automation Anywhere A360 Certifications, experience with IQ Bot, Meta Bot, and Task Bot, GenAI/LLM integration, Python libraries, Windows & Linux server administration, HTML, Java, JavaScript, Perl, SQL Server, Web Services, APIs, Power BI, Data Modeling, Process Mining, and domain experience in PBM, Retail Pharmacy, or Healthcare.
