We are looking for an engineer to join our CSI LATAM Operations team, taking ownership of the RT LATAM team's growth, integration, and day-to-day operations across multiple countries.

What are we looking for? A management-oriented mechanical engineer or related field with a technical background who enjoys building teams, is energized by recruitment and people development, and can operate effectively across a multi-country, fast-growing engineering environment.
What does the position involve?This role leads the end-to-end recruitment process, covering headcount planning, hiring profiles, coordination with the recruitment team, and onboarding. It also involves building and maintaining relationships with discipline leaders across LATAM and the US, as well as developing and maintaining the capability and training matrix in coordination with technical leadership. The position further includes managing day-to-day operations such as physical office spaces, hardware, software, and IT coordination, and serving as the interface with CSI's technology team on development initiatives relevant to RT. Finally, it entails championing RT LATAM culture by driving team integration, career development, cross-country collaboration, and team building.
What are the requirements?Mechanical engineering degree or related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in the industry, across construction and/or engineering firms.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proactive, autonomous, and people-oriented profile.Availability for occasional travel across Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay (and other LATAM countries).Fluent English.Prior experience in team building, recruitment, or operations management is a plus.Based in Uruguay
