About the Job:

Join us as an RTR Specialist I
, supporting global Finance operations and core Record-to-Report (RTR) activities.

You’ll work on key accounting processes, reconciliations, and month-end close activities while helping ensure financial accuracy and compliance with global standards.
Full English fluency required

Execute core RTR accounting activitiesPost manual and recurring journal entriesProcess salary uploads and support payroll accounting
, including US & Canada benefits
Handle intercompany accounting and reconciliationsSupport month-end close activities, including accruals, revaluations, and other closing tasksPrepare reports and perform Balance Sheet reconciliations
Review BS and P&L
results, identify variances, and recommend corrective actionsClear suspense and balance sheet accounts based on company policiesCoordinate financial audits and support statutory reporting when neededCollaborate with controlling, reporting, customer service, sales, and other stakeholdersSupport process improvements and standardization initiativesEnsure all accounting activities comply with IFRS
, internal controls, and corporate guidelinesManage deadlines and take ownership of deliverables, especially during month-end closeWe believe you bring
Educational background in Accounting or Finance preferred
3–5+ years
of experience in accounting, AP, AR, Cash, or similar finance rolesExperience with ERP systems
(SAP preferred
)Experience with ADP
is a plusStrong Excel
and Microsoft Office skillFluent English
(spoken and written)Strong analytical and communication skillsAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesHands-on mindset with strong attention to detailTeam-player attitude and collaborative approachAvailability to work onsite Monday–Friday in Insurgentes Sur
