Ruby on Rails Developer - Remote Work

About the role

INDI Staffing Services is looking for Ruby Senior Developers to join its Development team and participate in projects with multicultural teams distributed throughout the world. The role is suited to proactive team players passionate about programming in Ruby and providing the best experience to the end user.

Developers will face technical challenges using current technologies and working with mobile applications, web applications and devices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop modern web applications for mobile and desktop devices, with attention to responsive design and varying screen resolutions and sizes.
• Execute all phases of the systems engineering process.
• Plan, process and perform jobs efficiently without assistance from the supervisor.
• Maintain consistency throughout the product.
• Document code throughout the development process.
• Provide technical documentation for design, implementation and testing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with RoR.
• 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
• For full stack roles, outstanding front-end skills in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript, including frameworks such as Angular and React.
• Advanced English level.
