About the role
INDI Staffing Services is seeking a Ruby on Rails Engineer to join the Development team and deliver quality solutions through innovation and diverse technical challenges. The role involves building modern web applications and calls for development expertise, strong communication skills, and organizational capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop modern web applications that are responsive and adaptable across devices and screen sizes.
- Manage system engineering from planning through execution to support efficient delivery.
- Maintain product consistency and document code throughout development.
- Provide technical documentation for design, implementation, and testing.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS3, and HTML5.
- Experience with ReactJS, Flux, Redux, and related frameworks is advantageous.
- Familiarity with ES2015, APIs, and client-side performance optimization.
- Strong grasp of coding best practices, data structures, and programming concepts.
- Advanced spoken and written English proficiency.
