Overview of the role:
The Ruby on Rails Engineer position involves joining the Development team to deliver quality solutions through innovation and diverse technical challenges. Key responsibilities:
- Designing and developing modern web applications, ensuring responsiveness and adaptability across different devices and screen sizes.- Managing system engineering from planning to execution, ensuring efficient and flawless delivery.- Maintaining product consistency and documenting code throughout the development process.- Providing detailed technical documentation for design, implementation, and testing phases.
Requirements:
- Rails Experience: Over 5 years of experience with Ruby on Rails.- Frontend Development: Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS3, and HTML5.- React Knowledge: Experience with ReactJS, Flux, Redux, and related frameworks is advantageous.- Technical Skills: Familiarity with ES2015, APIs, and client-side performance optimization.- Programming Foundation: Strong grasp of coding best practices, data structures, and programming concepts.- Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
