Safety Officer

Job Description:
- Implement and monitor site safety programs and protocols
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses
- Ensure compliance with DOL E and OSHC regulations
- Conduct safety orientations and toolbox meetings
- Maintain safety records and documentation

Qualifications:
- Licensed Safety Officer (SO1 or higher preferred)
- Experience in construction site safety management
- Knowledgeable in DOLE and Philippine OSH standards
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Able to work under pressure on a fast-paced site
