Job Qualifications:
• Preferably graduate of any 4-year Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
• Must have completed the 40-hour Basic Occupational Safety and COSH training.
• Strong communication skills for conducting toolbox talks; ability to identify electrical and mechanical hazards specific to ACU maintenance (e.g., working at heights, chemical handling for coil cleaning).
• Familiarity with the Philippine OSH Standards and RA 9514 (Fire Code of the Philippines).

Job Description:
• Conduct daily Toolbox Meetings and safety briefings specifically for the ACU PMS team.
• Perform Site Safety Inspections during maintenance activities to ensure proper use of personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Perform Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) for HVAC-related tasks such as refrigerant handling, ladder safety, and electrical lockout/tagout (LOTO).
• Investigate any work-related incidents and prepare detailed safety reports for the HRAD-EHSS Department.
