Key Responsibilities Identify and source potential clients through thorough research, networking, and referrals to expand the customer base. Conduct outbound calls to introduce products and services, effectively communicating value propositions to prospects and existing clients. Set appointments for the sales team or personally manage client meetings to facilitate relationship building and sales closure. Assist in preparing detailed sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to support deal finalization. Maintain and update customer databases and sales records with accuracy to ensure reliable sales tracking and reporting. Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction, foster loyalty, and encourage repeat business. Coordinate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer experience. Achieve individual and team sales targets within set timelines, contributing to company growth objectives. Prepare and submit comprehensive sales reports to management for performance analysis and strategic planning. What We're Looking For Required: Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably within education, IT training, or related industries. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a hybrid work environment. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
