Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Promote tour-required vacation packages and guide prospects through booking.
• Follow established scripts while maintaining a professional, courteous, and helpful approach.
• Verify prospect qualifications and communicate package details accurately.
• Develop a strong understanding of destinations, resorts, and promotional packages.
• Complete bookings with speed and accuracy, resolve verification issues promptly, and ensure bookings are finalized.
• Meet production and conversion goals in a performance-driven environment.
• Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining productivity and professionalism.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to present information clearly and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
• Basic mathematical and analytical abilities.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
