This full-time role is based in the Monterrey Metropolitan Area and involves managing the full sales cycle for pumps and process equipment, while providing technical support and tailored equipment and system recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities, qualify leads, prepare proposals, and close orders.
• Interpret customer process requirements and recommend tailored equipment and system solutions.
• Provide technical support and conduct product demonstrations.
• Support system installations and commissioning.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure solutions meet performance and quality standards.
• Maintain customer relationships, respond to service inquiries, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Strong sales engineering and technical support skills, with the ability to translate customer process needs into practical equipment and system solutions.
• Demonstrated capability in sales and customer service, including prospecting, relationship building, and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
