Sales and Marketing Coordinator

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• Manage CRM records, sales leads, client follow-ups, and performance reports.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Provide executive support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, correspondence, and document preparation.
• Organize, clean, and/or update, and analyze raw sales and marketing data using Microsoft Excel; prepare accurate trackers, reports, and summaries.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• With relevant experience in sales coordination, CRM management, and executive support.
• Must be organized, discreet, trustworthy, and demonstrate strong professional integrity.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas, PivotTables, data filtering, validation, and handling large datasets.
