About the roleOne of our clients is hiring a Sales Outbound Assistant to manage and convert conversations generated from outbound email campaigns into booked calls.We’re looking for someone disciplined, structured, and execution-focused. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable operating under daily volume pressure, this role is for you.
ResponsibilitiesRespond to inbound replies generated from outbound email campaigns.Qualify prospects using defined criteria and frameworks.Handle objections in writing with clarity, professionalism, and speed.Execute structured follow-ups until a clear “yes” or “no” is obtained.Maintain organized tracking of conversations and next steps.Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified prospects.Support with other Sales and Outbound initiatives as required.
QualificationsStrong written English.Previous experience in sales support, SDR support, or outbound environments.Comfortable working in high-volume, repetitive workflows.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to follow structured processes and execute consistently.Self-disciplined and organized.Critical thinking skills and follow-through.
