Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product selections, and addressing inquiries or concerns. Maintain an organized sales floor by restocking merchandise and ensuring visually appealing product displays. Process sales transactions quickly and accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products. Stay informed about current promotions, product offerings, and store procedures to provide relevant information. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills focused on excellent customer service. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required. Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment. Flexibility to work 3 days per week, including weekends and holidays as needed. Basic proficiency with POS systems and cash handling.
